Burly is the muscle of the Air Force, when he uses his arms to combine with the other Air Force rockets, he makes his eyeballs hurt. And he usually rides with Master Chou, and in The Sword of Dark Fire, he rides with Mighty Ray.

Burly appears as part of the Air Force Armory, taking the orders from Master Chou, by bringing the weapon to one of the members of First Squad, even though that he takes that order by saying "Okie-dokie!" like Big the Cat saying in Sonic Heroes. There was a voice situation, that Ian James Corlett does a little tiny voice of Burly, but Jon St. John could be a little better as Big the Cat.
